Box items vary based on donated items and strategic purchasing to provide variety and quality items. Medically tailored food boxes contain food items that help manage  your specific diet-related condition. This includes high fiber, high protein, low sodium, low saturated fat, low added sugar, etc. Our FIM boxes meet the Dietary Guidelines for Americans, American Diabetes Association, and the American Heart Association. In addition to these boxes, we also offer culturally-tailored boxes for our Latinx community, and we try our best to meet Kosher, Halaal, and allergenic needs.
